I found the whole experience distressing and was not informed of anything I was not already aware of.I came away extremely upset and no further forward with regards to my condition. I felt very rushed and was unable the time to answer questions I was asked it made me very anxious and came away from it not feeling fully understood.

Being more aware of the patients background so you have the full picture about them and other medical history. Giving patient time to answer questions. Explaining why you are asking things and explain things during physical examination. It wasn’t very private with just a curtain pulled over in a really small area where others were having consultations too.

Apart from mobility being 100 per cent, I am able to walk again thanks to the physios from George Elliot. I can only speak very highly of their help through my stroke rehabilitation, Many Thanks to Fran and Chris

Julie was the main one that came into my husband always with a smile and always asked if I was Ok, she worked so hard with him and he trusted her, but everyone that came in was great, thank you to you all.

Lack Of transparency on MRI results. Been told not on system but could hear nurses say new stroke patient ept transferred to flex that ward, still not provided this info.

Tiely honest disclosure of results and why medication is given.

For the dedicated service, showing care for the relief grateful for the willingness to explain, and the different { } encouragement from the professional staff was well { } ward care for { } much appreciated.

Time keeping - but with { } drink to visit in { } a bit of stoppage is understandable.

Katie has been fantastic, she quickly got to grips with how I learn, when to push me and when I had things on my mind and just needed a clay. Could not have helped for better, she is a credit to the services.
