Staff professional, motivated me, made sensible achievable goals. Great sense of humour. Lots of positive encouragement. When reception staff have their much needed and important coffee break - could it be arranged that someone can cover to save pts waiting 15 mins to book next appt. I must particularly mention Tracey Turner Smith - she is an exceptional physiotherapist I feel she gave me the encouragement, support and and motivation to improve and become more physically independent and mobile.
