I liked working together with the physio on my own goals. The physio lives in the real world and realises that each individual has their own goals/expectations. I was after advice and direction to maintain existing function and what exercises I could do to achieve this. The service was certainly geared up to do this. My only suggestion is that the first appointment letter makes it clear what type of clinic it is for, as I had to clarify that I was seeing a neurophysio.
