The team arrived at my home within few days of hospital discharge. They were very patient and spent three/ four days a week giving me therapies. My husband sat in on each session which allowed him to carry on with the therapies at weekends.
For the nine months they were attending I could not fault the treatment I received.
I was sad to see the go, but realised that there were other patients in need of the service. I do not know how we would have managed without the support.
