I had very good calls with Nicola who listened, explored and understood my injury. She tested and assessed and then provided me with really good exercises that greatly improved my achilles. We then had a really comprehensive follow up and Nicola provided me with further exercises that have, over the course of 4-5 months, brought me back to full fitness.
I am now able to do all my daily exercise and activities as good as new!
A really great service.
Suggested improvements
We were limited to calls and on-line due to Covid but that was really good and the provision of exercises by email etc was ideal. Not sure anything else could have been done better even if face to face had taken place.
