Home telephone consultation worked really well

Suggested improvements
Nothing. Just quicker access between initial gp referral and time to wait before I could call to book an appointment seemed odd (5 working days), I'm sure there is good reason but as a patient in discomfort I don't understand the delay in just booking an appointment.
