Everyone worked together well to ensure all needs were met nursing/ physio/ OT. Very impressed with the efficiency of discharge procedure. Not for me but for hearing impaired maybe flashcards - words or pictures to enhance communication or even notebook + pen Daily salad on menu would be good.

All staff on this ward are excellent. But it is clear that it is very short of staff

Only in for 36 hours! Staff very pro-patient/ helpful and concerned. I did notice the staff are very busy indeed!

The staff were very caring + friendly. I never felt that anything was too much trouble for them. I think the food could be improved. Some was OK but some of it was awful + if you don't feel well anyway it doesn't encourage you to eat.

everything was great this time, The food is awful as are the menus The tea is always cold when it gets to us
