Grandma was happy with her care however she was very unhappy as she was extremely cold due to problems with the air conditioning unit - It was extremely cold in the room.

I have had an extremely positive experienced. All of the staff I have encountered have been warm, attentive and worked with great professionalism. Waiting times kept to a minimum, quiet ward. Also want to say how well looked after I was in the surgical assessment
