I was admitted for a TURB at 7am and was very soon prepared for theatre. After a general anaesthetic I finally came round in the ward 33 and was looked after so well. It was lunch time and my 3 course meal arrived, which I thought was very tasty, followed by a coffee to order and a restful afternoon. The attention I received was friendly and caring, thank you. Everyone I met in the hospital was friendly and helpful during a difficult time for me for which I was very grateful. I was also impressed how well all the other patients were looked after even at difficult times such as night shifts. The ward was kept at a comfortable temperature.
