Lancaster infirmary ward 20 - my relative is being treated after covid, I spoke to a nurse on the telephone who told me, they were short staffed and that I should go in and feed her like other patients relatives are, even though this ward had covid patients on it, I was very confused and shocked by this very sharp staff member, as we have been told not to visit hospitals let alone covid wards
