I am writing this review for my mother who is 86 yrs, called Cathy who was taken to ERIearly hours off Wednesday morning, after a fall at home, paramedics arrived,, Stuart and John, So kind and friendly, won my mum over in no time, complete professionals!! Mum was given 5 star treatment, all staff in A + E were fabulous! I picked mum up about 11am she was full off all the lovely staff she had met and how clean it was, she was so impressed with her whole experience, as we drove home, I was surprised how impressed and thankfully she was to the staff at ERI, after her fall we were all worried but from the start, paradics arrived and soon we all felt everything was going to be fine!!!!
