While my daughter was recovering from her surgery, I spent about a week in the sick kids hospital and I cannot speak highly enough of the nurses (who are all rockstars) and all the staff for how kind, supportive, and attentive they were, and overall they felt like family. The facilities were clean, organized, and I was pleased to see that there was space for parents to stay on the ward if needed. When my daughter would not take her bottle (she was very particular in how it was prepared), the nurses came to ask if there was something they were doing wrong in making her bottle. I was thrilled that they listened to me and learned to prepare it in a way that she would drink. They truly only wanted the best for my little girl. The kids' playroom was also well-kept, organized, and much appreciated.
