I visited the A and E department of Winchester Hospital this afternoon after seeing an audiologist at Ampliphon. She detected that a dome from my hearing aid was stuck in my ear and she couldn't remove it.
I registered with the receptionist having explained my problem. She was very polite, friendly and efficient. I only had to wait a few minutes to have my blood pressure taken and details checked.
Again only a few minutes and a nurse removed the dome, safely and I was able to leave.
I was so impressed with everyone's friendly attitude and quick , efficient service. I would like to thank you so much.
