No complaints in the fact I was monitored well after my operation but asked several times if I could have some antihistamine as I had a lot of itching due to the spinal I had which they explained could happen but it was very irritating.
I was told several times on asking “yes we will get you some” which never came. I appreciate it’s a busy ward but they shouldn’t say they will get you some if they have no intention in doing so.
Also felt rushed off the morning after the operation into the discharged lounge.
