The Royal Derby is an outstanding hospital . From.the minute you walk in the door all members of staff, volunteers etc. are very polite and helpful.
Nothing can improve. They have looked after and made better several members of my family and cant fault them.

Dr Persic and her Radiotherapy team at the Royal Derby Hospital have provided me with exceptional service and care over the last 3 months. She and her team make everyone so welcome that during treatment the atmosphere is relaxing and comforting and feels like a 'family'. They answer any question you have clearly and professionally and provide reassurance if you have concerns about anything. Such a wonderful doctor and staff I cannot hesitate to recommend them.

No complaints in the fact I was monitored well after my operation but asked several times if I could have some antihistamine as I had a lot of itching due to the spinal I had which they explained could happen but it was very irritating.
I was told several times on asking “yes we will get you some” which never came. I appreciate it’s a busy ward but they shouldn’t say they will get you some if they have no intention in doing so.
Also felt rushed off the morning after the operation into the discharged lounge.

I cannot fault this hospital at all, as soon as cancer was diagnosed I was operated on within the month, the staff everyone was brilliant.

All the staff including doctors, nurses, porters, cleaners etc at royal derby were so kind, helpful and friendly. I really felt well looked after.

This Hospital is top class, the care the staff ate fantastic. It is spotlessly clean. I have been an in patient and will be an out patient indefinitely, the nursing staff, Doctors, specialists, Even down to the porters, cleaners, and tea ladies, treat you with dignity. They have certainly helped me tremendously, I can’t thank and praise them enough. Many thanks to you all at Derby Royal Hospital. May this great team and Hospital remain forever.

Hospital is very clean and the nurses friendly and attentive to your needs. I was very well received there and at departure one nurse came with me to ensure that everything is going well until I got in the car to leave.
