From the moment I entered ward 18B i was reassured as was my husband that I was going to be taken care of and that he was able to contact the hospital for updates. All the staff were kind, friendly and it was obvious they were putting the patients first . They kept me updated as to when i was going to theatre and when the consultant would be coming to see me etc. After the operation they made me feel safe and clearly explained what would happen next. They contacted my husband to collect me. Cannot praise all the staff highly enough. Thank you.
