Surgeon's assessments and treatment was spot on. Nurses very professional and compassionate however lower ranked staff poor on communication and a few with a limited command of English which left me very frustrated. Responses to help button often very slow and knowledge of some appliances non-existent. Lack of hand towel in side room to use after using commode for example.

Higher staff levels needed, more basic training required and an improved level of English for many.
