WARD 3 Staff have let this hospital down.
Other Ward's staff had higher scores which is why the scores here aren't zero.
HOWEVER, The Staff on Ward 3 are rude, abrasive, yell at patients, treat visitors like an intrusive inconvenience.
They don't appear to realise how difficult it is for long-term patients to be stuck in hospital for weeks on end. - and this is a rehab Ward!!
A change in Staff, retraining and at very least a reprimand from seniors is required here.
Yes, we know they are overworked & underpaid bur as they have a captive audience they should practice a decent bedside manner or go and get jobs as prison guards!!
Seriously very disappointed.
