Staff are very attentive and react quickly to any requests. Nothing is too much trouble.
Suggested improvements
Only be resident for 24 hours and still yet to be fully appraised of my condition and informed of the care plan.

I really cannot think of anything, they offered me counseling which I did except and it is helping me, as they say they treat the couple not just the patient. Thank you Rowcroft.

I was instantly put at my ease, treated with respect and dignity. Very professional and compassionate. I felt pressure lifted your little 'I want great care' is 100% appropriate and what I received. Rowcroft hospice.
