Extremely attentive staff. Nothing failed too much to ask for. Always kind and friendly. Active and genuine listening. Amazing at accomodating my food needs and all food has been delicious. Frequent visits and updates from doctors, social workers etc.
Suggested improvements
I have not loved the bed. Not always comfortable despite nurses attempts to adjust the setting. Sometimes did not feel supporting the part of my back that hurts.

Course was a breath of fresh air, so easy to talk to totally put me at ease. The therapy room was quick and relaxing I wasn't prepared for the amount of support I have had totally overwhelmed with people kindness.

No faults to be found with anything here at all of Rowcraft. The care treatment the complete compassion of the staff and doctors.
