I cannot think of any way that your service could be improved. I do think that money should be removed from footballers and 'celebrities' and foreign aid that usually aids only those in power and not those who need it, and shared among those in the nursing and caring professions. Likewise with awards and medals that are usually given to useless self serving druggies belting out pop songs with guitar or piano.
Thank you for all that you do, we would all be in a pretty sorry state without you.
