People talk of 'Rowcroft care' but you never understand the full meaning of that expression until you have to use the service yourself as a family. From the moment we were passed on to Rowcroft we felt secure in decisions made. We had finally got one point of contact whereas previously negotiating the system needed a degree! Someone came straight out to talk us through the process and to ask about our needs and desires for the short time we had, ensuring we knew all the range of options available to us. Care has been beyond what we could have asked for, the massages have been excellent and given each of us a breathing space to talk to someone about our feelings and just relax. I hope all involved in our care understand how much they have made this walk easier for us to take. Thankyou
