Following my surgery I had a very lovely two night stay to recover. Dr Lohana and all the staff in the hospital were amazing. I would highly recommend anyone considering private healthcare to consider Ross Hall.

Staff were great from start to finish. All very helpful and treated me with respect and dignity. The treatment, the food, the accommodation and the service was to a very high standard.

I had a fantastic experience at Ross Hall - all staff were friendly and attentive, all spoke highly of each other which is lovely to hear!
I was kept updated on things, kept comfortable and all nurses, doctors and rooms were very clean

Excellent Out Patient Staff.
Ward staff were very busy but helpful.
Theatre staff all oustanding, particularly the anaesthetist (I am a retired doctor and was very anxious).
The pharmacist was also helpful with discharge medication as I am allergic to some medications.

I had a terrible experience at Ross Hall.Do not have a hysterectomy here .I have no idea whether there were any female theatre staff while I was in surgery.I am still trying to find out.This is not like an NHS hospital,you are not looked after by gynaecological nurses.Excruciating pain post op.Consultant did not give me my pathology results.Making a complaint is pointless you will get no answers from the management.I cannot believe I put myself through this.Ladies avoid.

I had my breast surgery carried out at this hospital and stayed over for 1 night.
Staff were amazing.
Food was nice.
Room was clean and equipped.

I had a circumcision done at Ross Hall in May. I can highly recommend Mr Robyn Webber, consultant urologist.
Staff were attentive & surroundings clean & comfortable.
The only minor issue I had was information on woulnd aftercare but I found this easily myself.
