The medical care and surgery care was excellent but as a self funding patient the paperwork was poor I had to chase most departments for paper work, times and dates for pre-admission tests and even how and when to pay.

The hospital is very clean and well socially distanced making me feel very safe. The appointments were prompt and efficient.

Rivers is a brilliant place to get your procedure done the staff are all extremely friendly and very professional, l was made to feel like they really cared about me.

all very helpful, friendly, considerate. Did struggle a little to understand a couple of staff when they spoke whilst wearing their masks.

Everyone was very friendly and treated me with respect.
The hospital was clean. My pre and post op visits were on time and completed professionally.
The physio department were efficient, friendly and encouraging.
A cheerful lady brought me excellent food.

The staff who worked with/for K Tzefetta were knowledgeable and helpful.
the "general staff" were a bit robotic on occasions .
