Administration at the hospital was not as I expected. The paperwork was not sent out on time so I could not pay when expected, the threat of the operation being cancelled was not welcomed as it was the administration that went wrong.
My urine sample was lost and my wife had to get another one to the Rivers the day before my operation not an ideal situation for both of us.
Fortunately the operation went ahead and everything turned out ok in the end.
