[name removed] from SALT was very helpful and gave a fantastic dysphagia training to a new staff team. Using examples and getting staff involved. He really got them to understand the importance of following SALT guidelines. He was a pleasure to have take the training.

She has helped us get support from the SALT team regarding communication and now the person is using the photo cards. [name removed] is a pleasure to work with.

My experience with [name removed] as a therapist has been great and I feel properly cared for and in good stead for sessions to come to an end.

My past experience with WCMHT have been mixed- communication ca be poor at times/I haven’t always felt listened to (esp. crisis team).
