Nurse [name removed] was outstanding with my son. He has severe medical anxiety after a bad experience at Newark hospital however, [name removed] made little jokes and made him feel so at ease.

Nothing - the only small thing missing was the food order hadn’t arrived but [name removed] found a quick alternative.

Good care, friendly staff, procedures were invasive but great care was taken of my 11 month old as we had a number of canulars and catheters during our stay. Tried to reduce discomfort where possible. Felt safe throughout our stay.

Communication I think is the only thing really, but I understand things change in the day and we need to respond to that. Trying to manage an 11 month with naps and feeding has been the challenge so more comms if we are staying in earlier in the day would help to plan for that.
