My son loves the activity in ECAS while we are waiting for our turn to be called.The department has a small corner for the children to do some activity

Although waiting time was a lower time then initially one would expect. The doctor who saw me was rude and unwelcoming, despite being able to see I was visually upset and stressed. During my time in the waiting room there was an incident unfolding, and although the police were immediately preventing this becoming worse nobody came to check I was ok despite seeing me having a severe panic attack.

Staff could have been more welcoming and reassuring to patients.

Too many machines alarming and going off. Fresh water should be more easily accessible.

The doctor in the laser was fantastic to my mom. she carefully look after my mom and explain thoroughly the pros and cons of the eye condition o my mom.
