Lots of mis communication, on occasions rude/patronising staff, long wait times , not all information being passed on, lack of communication regarding results/plans

More communication, nursing staff more present explanations of plans and why certain things are happening

The standard of care isn’t up to a decent level. For a baby who is a high risk there isn’t enough observations, I had to ask 2 members of staff for the nurse and waiting over an hour to get the nurse to come to my room. Whilst her says are below 90 and heart rate is sky high.

You need more staff. More frequent room visits. And ore overall help. i don’t feel safe leaving my child alone. I can’t even go home and have a shower without them questioning how long I’m going to be. I feel like a prisoner
