Every thing was but need side room for mental health

All nurses were so lovely. They handled our daughter with such care, they spoke to her and soothed her. We knew she was safe and well looked after. We were happy with everything so can't think of any improvements I HAVE HAD A PONSU I HAVE SEEN the black folder I FOUND it in the top drawer in the room It had all the information required

The level of care here is superb. I felt very safe to leave my child whilst I slept. Everyone is so very friendly too. They work so hard but remain happy and cheerful. I HAVE STAYED in a PONSU I HAVE SEEN the black folder I found it in the room No alterations

I felt the care I received from all the staff on C4 was top draw, despite being extremely busy nothing was too much trouble when I needed any assistance
