We received excellent care from nurse [name removed] and [name removed]. We spent a total of 18hours in QMC with our 2 year old daughter. All of the staff we saw were very kind and professional, particular thanks to [name removed] and [name removed].

The staff were all kind and caring and despite being really busy, didn’t rush us at any point. They all work so hard.
Suggested improvements
Not put a 17 year old boy opposite my teenage girl in a bay. As soon as he arrived with his friend there as his companion/family member, she didn’t wish to engage in anything and wished to remain in bed laying down, she was very uncomfortable.
