The majority of staff on the ward are incredible, very helpful, attentive and a joy to be around. 9 times out of 10 his care is spot on!

Occasionally as a parent it can feel like you’re not being listened to. We of course appreciate doctors/nurses have the medical knowledge, but we know our own children, and it sometimes feels like that’s completely disregarded
