I noticed the weekend staff were not as professional as the week day staff. At times there seemed a lack of staff. A bed bath tended to be a bit rougher. One Sunday it was 4pm before l was able to clean my teeth and get washed after asking repeatedly. Some of the staff spent a long time talking to each other about their careers and which course to go on next. I just felt they didn’t prioritised the patient.
Having said that the vast majority of the staff were superb. I couldn’t fault their professionalism.
