The children’s A and E department at Queen’s is absolutely amazing! My 15 year old son had dislocated his shoulder and was in an awful lot of pain. As soon as we walked through the doors we were seen immediately! I would particularly like to thank [name removed] who was incredible. He was so calm, professional and brilliant at his job! First class! It was like watching a magician as he gently put my son’s shoulder back in place. All staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you to all of you.
