I was seen by a nurse quickly (20m), and a doctor withing reasonable length (2h). Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Bald guy. Doctor very clear and willing to explain.

Suggested improvements
Water fountain in waiting area had no cups, when I really wanted a drink of water.
