I support from { } so could not walk from main{ } and struggle with the wave in the { } from the car park to the entrance this needs to be addressed as it is not suitable for elderly {not clear}.

Review of Ocean Ward A
written by a patient
25th November 2020
Nursing staff and all involved with ward care - phenomenal Claudia Lacey Rngina Gizelle Serge and the list goes on pharmacy - medicines they never got it right - still being give codeine instead of dihydrocodeine on day or discharged better communicated needed.
Suggested improvements
Nothing staff are keeping things going - always chasing doctors pharmacists etc the amount or repetitive question asked, form filling etc is stopping proper care./nClinical staff talk far too loudly outside wards and should stop shouting at patient.
