Compassion and care given when I explained that I had just completed by chemo and was unable to sit in the waiting room area.

Waited over a year for appointment. I was added to phone and I had not got an appointment with in 12 weeks when I did the person was rude and told me just to wait.
Suggested improvements
Kept me informed. I was not sure and had been forgotten or was still in queue.
