Not enough communication sometimes dealing with busy people sometimes reception an labour ward very rude.
Suggested improvements
People and hot work at reception are there to also provide guidance (if they do not like the job in hand they should do something else - this causes distances in same situation).

Very friendly and professional midwives but…
There has been lack of communication by the doctors and very little coordination between different departments, namely the obstetrics and neurology. It would have been great to have appointments booked in as an inpatient.
Suggested improvements
- Better communication with patients.
- Better coordination between teams, doctors and midwives.
- Quicker response time to queries.
- Appreciating the importance of mental health if patients and prioritizing their appointment.
