The nurses were kind, respecftul, explained everything - they went above and beyond care and helped with medication from other departments, phoned lots of peple on my behalf Plus went outside in their own time to pick up the medication.

Suggested improvements
Bit sad to hear GP-bashing on the transfusion room. Other patients complaining and sadly a nurse re-enforcing her dismay. GPs job is not easy either would be nice to see more professionalism.
