The most inclusive hospital- was seen very quickly and staff have been amazing.

Main reason is, there is no sync of info between departments. Notes from different department should also be available to other department. Like you type the NHS number, the patient's entire history should be available to all departments across all hospitals around UK. This will be great at all point of time if done.

Suggested improvements
There is no sync between departments like UTC department records not available for children's A&E they had to take all the details freshly and we had to wait in the A&E queue on th second day as well. If the details already available we would have been directed to radiology as per doctor request.
