I ringed many times to 111 but after 30 minutes later they answer my call. I was waiting from long time for doctor my baby was crying badly. After call 111 I was still wait in queue which was not ok for small baby.

Suggested improvements
I think small babies treatment you should do faster because they do not tell where and how much pain they have as compared to adult. Its my request to all of NHS service staff or team but after enter in ward they care of my baby very nicely. Thank you.
