Staff is very friendly, caring and helpful, special Amy. She has been booking after us and she has been amazing 10/10 for Amy!
Suggested improvements
The hospital should allow the dad's to stay over and night too. We got a from at 2 am nearly 3 am and the dad was sent home when the visiting hours starts at 7 am and we had our own room. I do not know why the rules does not allow the dad to stay specially it is already so late.

Explained step by step what was going to happen in the procedure. Made me feel so comfortable and relaxed each staff was helpful and kind.
Suggested improvements
Don’t think there was anything more the staff could have done for me as it was all covered from start to finish.

Everyone has been very nice to us. They were very understanding and patient with Saira and took excellent. Care of her Jing and Jo were great the student nurse with Jing at night was amazing and will make a great nurse.
