Waited over a year for appointment. I was added to phone and I had not got an appointment with in 12 weeks when I did the person was rude and told me just to wait.
Suggested improvements
Kept me informed. I was not sure and had been forgotten or was still in queue.

Very happy with everything except for urgent care and emergency.
Suggested improvements
I was sent home for urgent and emergency care and told I had no internal bleeding. I then had to get an ambulance as I did in fact have internal bleeding.
