The service was very pleasant, nurse and doctors were very kind and caring. I work as an NHS manager and this is the service I expect from my NHS staff well done.

The nurses were very communicative and very helpful. Very happy with them.

Confused about my procedure. Came in to have the procedures done under general anesthetic. But was done under epidural injection not prepared change and was confused.

The nurses were great, helpful and informative. The doctors/surgeon need to learns basic bed manners lack of communication- assume patient know everything considering my last appointment was 10 minute ago!!
Suggested improvements
The doctors need to explain procedure better- wait for patient to be out of sedation before visiting- discuss aftercare, medication and time for recovery. My conversation lasted less than a minute and duration off. I was still half asleep.
