Sue was very informative, and supportive, and was easy to talk to Sue put me at ease about the procedure and took time to explain the outcomes and what the possible obstacles may be if any.

Every physio
urse that came home was kind, caring, helpful and very informative. They supported and encourage us through the whole recovery programme thank you very patient as I am deaf!
Suggested improvements
Sometime let us know am or pm visit so that we could work around the staff member. Eg. Getting up, already having meals before or after visit.

Lots of mistakes regarding medication- having to chase nurses and they told me if I hadn’t asked. I would have not received the medication. This happened multiple times.
Consultant from ITU had to come down and correct my medication because the drug chaos were not being read or completed properly.
Suggested improvements
Read the drug charts and don’t leave it up to the patient to manage their own medication. It caused lots of stress and anxiety and caused me to lose trust in the nurses.
