The staff have been super attentive and caring. The team on Ocean A have made these lost 14 days very easy through every recovery stage.

My nurse and HCA. Caria and Kosser looked after me really well, lovely people, no need more staff like them.
Made me comfortable and all ease.
Suggested improvements
When my nurse and HCA was not here, I had different people who didn’t make me feel at ease and didn’t know what to do to improve have staff who knows what they are doing.
