Team, one off the stuff did not treated me, she was telling me, to get up and clean the bed and I could not get up because my belly was hurting.
Suggested improvements
The stuff should not do what they did know because is not right. She could have done better but she did not want to do it.

Lovely and friendly staff. Looked after me really well.
Amazing care. Staff kept everyone relaxed and talked to each person individually.
