All the employees of Ocean B ward showed me compassion, understanding, help, took care of me, treated me. Thank you for such great care.

More quiet, nice place were hospital employees can rest, more respect for everyone working in the hospital.

I was very anxious and worried of my son bilirubin levels, but all the doctors and nurses put me and my husband at ease. They were amazing could not have made it without them.

The communication at the start was not great however, overall it was better. As a patient we should be better informed of our treatment process.

Patient should be involved more, some nurses especially in the first few days ignored the patient a lot and forgot some medication which is very to recovery. Also I was not given any drip for test day without any food. The overall experience was well!

Received high level of care and attention. Seen quickly made to feel important. Special thanks to my nurse precious and HCA Chi-Chi and all other HCA's involved in my care. They were very kind and attentive.

Night staff seemed very reluctant, to answer call bells and were rude about patients. Overheard night staff talk about patients in a derogatory manner.
