The staff are amazing and so overworked but still find the time by show care and empathy for all patients even close abusing them. All staff were very professional with lots going above and beyond.
Suggested improvements
My blood tests were not done until 8 hours after I came in with suspected sepsis or blood clot. Then my ECG and urine sample got fast and obviously waiting time (entire timing at hospital was 36 hours) but this is not the fault of staff.

The experience by the doctor after all investigations was thorough. However I had a 17 hour wait for the diagnose with no communication from night staff as to waiting time.
Suggested improvements
Better communication about waiting time. More doctors to give results after investigations.

The A&E system.
However spending a 24 wait in hospital due to the amount of patient and short staff was very upsetting. Uncomfortable seats.
Suggested improvements
Create a better A&E system space and seating.

- Poor timing manner.
- Poor instructions.
- No ability to reassure patients.

Been more caring and acted wice you actually wanted to do your jobs no everyone but a few of you. :)

Very long waiting hours, little information uncomfortable conditions.
