We cannot say thank you enough to all of the staff (doctors, nurses, HCA's, porters everyone) for the extreme levels of compassion empathy, kindness and care they showed us throughout our stay. Everyone went above and beyond caring for us (including my daughter and husband). We cannot say how grateful we are.

Suggested improvements
The care was outstanding. There is nothing we could suggest to improve except hope everyone gets the recognition for the brilliant work they are doing.

Service in the ward was good. Visiting hours should be till later as 6:30 is too early and spaces may not be able to get here by 6:30 when working in an office job. Also A&E was very time consuming.

Suggested improvements
For future you can think about extending visiting time of allowing spaces to enter and see their family when admitted to ward after the time has passed for a quick visit.

I feel that patient's recovery is not only based on medications only compassion is a key to getting well.

Suggested improvements
Showing compassion in patients management needs to be looked into. However I commend Denise (HCA) for her show of compassion and care, and let her keep that up.
